REFUND POLICY

Refunds

In the event you are not able to avail of our services after making the payment, you have the option to claim a refund of the full fee or reschedule to receive the services at a later date.  In the event a refund is claimed after commencement of consumption of services, the fees will be prorated to the extent of services rendered and the fees relatable to any unconsumed portion will be refunded. Once your claim of refund is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund and the option to receive the services later. Once the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You may choose to apply the fee paid by you to services other than the one you paid for, by making a request, and best efforts will be made to accommodate such a request, provided such services are on offer at the time you make the request.
